Job Description
Educate tenants during move-in on property policies Handle all tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly Prepare and manage property budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses. Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Utilize Tenant Cloud Pro software to streamline tasks such as rent collection, lease tracking, and maintenance requests. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections Ensure property meets budgeted occupancy Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Ensure rents are collected and minimize late payments Ensure property is always very well maintained Enforce property rules and regulations Process Eviction paperwork in a timely manner. Update the Eviction File with all paper work scanned and keep the calendar updated.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per weekBenefits:
