Stark Office Suites is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and dependable Corporate Office Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to our Operations and Sales teams. This is an ideal position for someone who is a doer —a person who enjoys staying busy, takes ownership of assignments, follows through, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple team members and priorities. The Corporate Office Administrator will work closely with both the Operations and Sales teams and will play an important role in keeping day-to-day activities organized, projects moving forward, and administrative tasks completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations and Sales teams. Assist with preparing correspondence, proposals, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents. Maintain and update company records, files, databases, contact information, and other administrative materials. Assist the Sales team with proposals, client contracts, prospect information, follow-up materials, data entry, and maintaining accurate sales information. Support Operations with administrative projects involving Stark's various office locations. Track outstanding items, deadlines, and follow-ups and help ensure tasks are completed. Coordinate information and communication between departments and team members. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and following up on action items. Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, building personnel, and other outside parties as needed. Assist with ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, and other corporate office needs. Help organize and maintain shared company information and documentation. Provide support for special projects and company initiatives. Identify administrative needs and take initiative to address them rather than waiting to be asked. Pitch in wherever needed to support the team and the overall operation of the company. Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities at the same time. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative. A team player who works well with different personalities and departments. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and senior management. Strong computer skills. Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly. Good judgment and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
