Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer emails and messages. Assisting customers with scheduling, rescheduling, service questions, and general requests. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in scheduling and customer management systems. Communicating with field employees regarding customer needs, schedules, and service updates. Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. Tracking important customer and employee milestones, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. Helping coordinate employee celebrations, team events, customer appreciation efforts, and other activities that help people feel valued. Tracking office and operational inventory and ensuring necessary supplies are available when needed. Assisting with billing, payments, data entry, and other administrative tasks. Supporting management with operational projects and other duties as needed. Customer Success & Leadership Career Path As you become comfortable with our business and demonstrate strong performance, your responsibilities will progressively shift toward Customer Success and leadership . As a Customer Success Manager, you will take on responsibilities such as: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Proactively anticipating customer needs and following through on concerns. Resolving customer issues and helping improve customer satisfaction and retention. Taking ownership of the overall customer experience. Coaching, supporting, and developing field employees. Helping onboard and train new team members. Providing feedback and holding employees accountable to expectations. Recognizing employee accomplishments and helping create a positive and supportive team culture. Coordinating communication between customers, office staff, and field employees. The long-term goal is for you to become a key point of contact for both our customers and our employees . Starting pay:
$20/hour. Expected progression to a full-time Customer Success Manager role within approximately 6-12 months based on performance, business needs, and demonstrated readiness.Pay:
