Job Description

Office Manager
  • Akron, USA As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of our office in Akron.
You will oversee administrative tasks, manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure the timely completion of projects. Your role will also include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. This is a contract job with a salary of $1600 per month. Candidates must have their own visa to work in the USA.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all administrative tasks within the office
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training when necessary
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
  • Handle inquiries from clients or other external parties
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have own visa to work in the
USA Working Conditions:
This is a contract job based in Akron with a salary of $1600 per month. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own workload within this timeframe.
