Apostolakis Honda is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented A ssistant Office Manager to oversee dealership accounting and administrative functions while supporting a positive and compliant work environment. Position Summary The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for helping with dealership financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting, administrative processes. This position collaborates with dealership leadership to maintain strong financial oversight and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all dealership accounting functions Accounts payable, receivable, titles Deal postings, schedules, and reconciliations Month-end and year-end closings Ensure compliance with manufacturer, state, and federal requirements. Provides a timely daily operating control (DOC). Assist with audits as required. Reconciles select accounts monthly. Ensures compliance with all government regulations. Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and procedures. Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous automotive dealership office experience required . Strong knowledge of dealership accounting processes and controls. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
