Full-Time Days About the Position Kid's Thrive Dayton is seeking a dedicated and organized Business Office Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and business operations of the facility while supporting staff, families, and leadership to ensure an efficient and positive experience. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily business office and administrative operations. Manage and maintain accurate records, documentation, and facility information. Support billing, accounts receivable, collections, and other financial processes. Coordinate insurance and payer-related administrative activities as applicable. Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and employee administrative processes. Maintain personnel and confidential business records in accordance with company policies. Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, employees, and visitors. Work closely with facility leadership and clinical teams to support smooth operations. Monitor office processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Assist with compliance, audits, reporting, and other administrative requirements. Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and general office inquiries. Support employee onboarding and other HR-related administrative activities. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized business office. Perform other duties as assigned by facility leadership. Qualifications Previous experience in a business office, healthcare administration, medical office, or related environment preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
