East Liverpool, OH Schedule:
Monday-Friday Part-time during training , transitioning to full-time Full-time hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30PM Pay:
Starting at $18/hourType:
Temp-to-Hire Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and help keep our team running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will handle administrative duties, communication, scheduling, data entry, and general office coordination. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process Bills of Ladings Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipments and documentation Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly Utilize Microsoft Office , primarily Word and Excel Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Maintain organized filing systems and office records Perform data entry Order and maintain office supplies and equipment Support management and team members with administrative tasks Qualifications Previous office administration, administrative assistant, or clerical experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Requirements Prior experience working with Bills of Lading (BOLs) Preferred, but will be included in training Strong computer skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and punctualityJob Type:
