Led by Dr. Michael Feltman, Montrose Foot Center, Inc. provides a variety of medical and surgical treatment options to patients seeking relief of lower extremity problems. Common conditions we treat include diabetes, skin and nail problems, orthopedic issues and trauma. Dr. Feltman is on staff at Akron General Cleveland Clinic.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Our family at Montrose Foot Center, Inc. needs an experienced Office Manager who can take over the administrative duties involved with coordinating patient, bookkeeping, file management as well as office sanitation. We're looking for a professional who believes that patients should be treated as people rather than numbers in a file, and who understands the value of compassionate service. The job includes significant amounts of multi-tasking, but the ideal candidate will know when to slow down, look patients in the eye and provide personalized service.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Office Manager maintains the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. They handle scheduling patient care, cleaning and preparing treatment rooms, organizing charts, answering phones and an array of other essential tasks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office workers may be expected to sit at a desk for long hours. Workers are also expected to perform a variety of physical tasks each hour such as directing patients to treatment rooms, sweeping floors and wiping surfaces.
WORK HOURS
The Office Manager is expected to work Monday - Friday (8:50am - 5pm or close) during operating office hours. If necessary, with any day's absence it is requested that several days' notice be given.
