Edward Jones is seeking a Branch Office Administrator to support a Financial Advisor with client service, scheduling, and branch operations. In this role, you'll manage client communications, prepare paperwork, process transactions, and maintain accurate records to ensure a smooth, compliant office. You'll assist with appointment preparation, marketing follow-up, and account servicing while delivering exceptional, relationship-focused service.
