We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our front office operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your proactive approach will help streamline daily operations, enhance customer support, and uphold the organization's standards of excellence. Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Oversee front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date Utilize computer skills to operate Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace applications, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks Support office management activities such as calendar management, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and record keeping Provide bilingual support to accommodate diverse client needs when necessary Ensure smooth communication flow through effective organization of office workflows and timely follow-ups Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on front desk responsibilities Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume customer interactions Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse populations Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks such as proofreading and filing Experience in customer service or customer support roles that require excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Knowledge of bookkeeping or QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory Prior experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for specific industry needs Join us to be a vital part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing essential administrative functions.
