Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated and work focused Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive office management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality. As the face of our organization, the Front Office Manager will uphold our standards of excellence, foster employee satisfaction, and streamline daily operations to support a seamless employment journey. This is a Full-time 40 hours per week, M-F professional position In-Office.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
A successful candidate should possess above average organization and interpersonal skills along with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. Exceptional time management, phone and computer skills required. Multi-tasking is inherent to success.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Enters customer orders into QuickBooks Enterprise Sends acknowledgements and order updates to customers via e-mail Tracks and expedites orders Facilitates customer invoicing Prepare customer quotations Handle/resolve customer feedback and complaints Establish and maintain company social media presence Schedules and prioritizes inventory and raw materials Manages warehouse inventory status Sends purchase orders to bring in additional materials Design and update electronic sign/information boards for shop Coordinate shipping documents and schedule freight carriers daily Freight Claims Assist with answering phones Manage backend of website and customer CRM activities Direct and indirect marketing activities Develop/manage marketing and promotional activities Update/create work instructions and manuals for shop skills Proven experience in HR/Office management with a strong background in industrial operations. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
Education Requirements:
2-year associate's degree preferred, or 1-2 years equivalent experience will be accepted.
Noted Requirements:
Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Enterprise are highly recommended. Must maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to run short trips to pick up lunches, light shop supplies, and office supplies within a 10-mile radius of plant using personal vehicle. All, miles driven are fully reimbursed at IRS published rates. $25 monthly cell phone allowance company paid, after the compliance of your 90-day probational period. company paid, Vacation/Holiday Pay after the compliance of your 90-day probational period.

Compensation:
$20/hour plus bonus paid monthly $3-6 per hour extra will be added after the compliance of your 90-day probational period.
