Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at a growing small car dealership. This role is heavily administrative and plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage vehicle paperwork, including title and registration documents Ensure accuracy and compliance with all title processing requirements and deadlines Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail Maintain and update vehicle inventory in the dealership CRM system Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate team members Assist customers with general questions regarding vehicles, services, and dealership processes Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems Support sales and management teams with administrative tasks as needed Monitor office supplies and coordinate ordering when necessary
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (automotive industry experience is a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and positive attitude Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset Prior dealership or title processing experience preferred
Work Environment:
Fast-paced dealership office setting Frequent interaction with customers, sales staff, and vendors Primarily desk-based with occasional filing and document handling
Schedule:
10 am to 6 pm Monday through
Friday Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
