We are a well established solo practice general and cosmetic dermatology office in Montgomery. This Position is not entry level. Candidates

MUST HAVE PRIOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

in a dermatology office, plastic surgery, cosmetic or similarly specialized physician practice

OR MEDICAL

spa. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED, part time professional, highly organized and motivated office manager with the following attributes:

• Experience managing a medical Dermatology, Plastic Surgery office or medical spa
• Professional attitude and personal presentation and appearence
• Passion to enhance the patient experience
• Experience with retail and customer service
• Experience with microsoft office
• Experience
• Great people skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of patients needs and requests
• Medical or Dermatology and Cosmetic/esthetic knowledge is a plus
• Ability to consult patients on cosmetic procedures and products
• Dependable work history
• Excellent communication skills with patients and drug representatives, both on the phone and via emails
• Ability to make team members perform better at their job
