Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable chiropractic office manger to join our healthcare team at Allied Pain Relief Clinics. This is a leadership role in which our candidate will show effective communication and professional skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical office operations, system implementation, as well as the ability to communicate with patients and other staff effectively. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, team leading, strong work ethic, reliability, team building and organizational skills. This is a growing and thriving practice in which will take managerial and prior chiropractic experience in all office operations. Duties Office operations such as verifying insurance, tracking prior authorizations, thorough communication with our billing team and overseeing all in-office operations. Focus on practice growth such as adding other providers to the practice, expansion into our clinic, adding advanced rehabilitative technology. Maintaining compliance in healthcare operations as well as employee compliance. Maintain accurate patient documentation. Workers compensation and personal injury experience. Record and track employee PTO, duties, payroll. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure growth in comprehensive patient care. Skills Proficient in medical terminology, enabling effective communication with patients and colleagues. Strong organizational skills. Excellent patient service skills, fostering a welcoming environment for all patients. In-depth knowledge of understanding to insurance based medical systems and electronic medical records systems. Knowledge in insurance, workers compensation, personal injury and running a practice. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in chiropractic practices. Our clinic is a family practice with two doctors (father and son) working in a high volume practice looking to expand our clinic's ability to provide more care for patients in our region.
Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
