Responsibilities Provide front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Self-motivated to task completion with minimal supervision Complete office tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining supplies, and organizing documents using spreadsheets and productivity software. Utilize computer skills to prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations through word processing and other office software. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules while ensuring efficient time management for staff and executives. Handle client communication with professionalism and clarity, providing excellent customer support and support for internal teams. Maintain accurate records through data entry and proofreading to ensure information integrity across all documentation. Support administrative functions such as managing office equipment, and assisting with clerical tasks as needed. Experience Some experience in office administration with clerical work and customer service. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
