Our Business Development team at our Hyundai dealership in Perrysburg, Ohio, is looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you'll help guide customers to the right people and resources while supporting our Sales and Service teams in delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you're a great communicator, enjoy helping people, and want an opportunity to grow with a company where employees have a stake in its success, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls for multiple dealerships and connect customers with the appropriate associate or department. Professionally and efficiently assist with customer questions, concerns, and comments. Provide remarkable customer service using our Five E's. Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the Business Development online tracker. Work closely with our Sales and Service teams to help create a seamless customer experience. Help keep the Business Development office running smoothly by helping with restocking, getting new employees acquainted and helping with office projects whenever needed. Skills & Qualifications Dependable and reliable Productive and self-motivated Customer-service oriented Professional attitude and communication Strong attention to detail General math skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Our Team?
