Job Description

Office Manager Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to coordinate and streamline daily office operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow for both our clients and field technicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client and phone communications, coordinating scheduling, and utilizing productivity software to support team functions. This role requires strong technical proficiency, computer literacy, and prior office experience to effectively handle administrative tasks and foster a productive workplace. Duties Manage and facilitate client communication to ensure professional and timely interactions. Handle incoming and outgoing phone communications, directing inquiries appropriately. Oversee scheduling activities, including appointments, meetings, and deadlines, to optimize office workflow. Utilize productivity software and technical tools to streamline administrative processes. Maintain accurate records and documentation using computer literacy skills. Support office operations by coordinating supplies, equipment, and other logistical needs. Ensure the office environment remains organized, efficient, and welcoming for staff and visitors. Qualifications Proven experience in an office management or administrative role. Strong computer skills with proficiency in productivity software such as MS Office Suite or similar tools. Excellent communication skills for client interaction via email and phone. Technical proficiency with office equipment and software applications. Ability to manage scheduling effectively while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. High level of computer literacy with a good understanding of office technology systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
