For many people you will be the first voice of Financial Clarity Group that people hear. This role is phone and tech-heavy: you'll be talking with clients, tracking what they need, following up until completion, and keeping our team's calendars and priorities on track. Think part client concierge, part team assistant, part information hub. What you'll do Answer phones and greet clients, in person and by phone Track client requests and follow up so nothing slips through the cracks Manage calendars and scheduling for our team Use our CRM and other software to keep everything organized (we'll train you) Collect and assemble documents for clients Provide administrative and personal assistant support to our professionals Handle mail, filing, and day-to-day office tasks Follow-up on client invoices What we're looking for Great communicator, comfortable on the phone and in writing Comfortable learning new technology and software Organized and able to juggle multiple open items without dropping the ball Professional, positive attitude Customer service experience preferred You don't need to know accounting or tax lingo. We do need someone who's reliable, sharp, and ready to grow with us.
