This role is essential to keeping daily office operations running smoothly while supporting leadership, sales, and production teams. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Full-Time About the Role At Omari Construction, we value efficiency, organization, and teamwork. The Office Administrator ensures smooth daily office operations and supports leadership and staff in all administrative duties. Responsibilities Open and close the office daily Answer and direct incoming calls Receive, sort, and distribute mail Complete bank runs and office errands Maintain office equipment and supplies Assist with internal training (Zoom hosting, screen sharing) Support general administrative needs as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of office/administrative experience Strong communication and organization Professional demeanor in person and over the phone Basic tech skills (email, Zoom, printers) Reliable transportation
Compensation & Schedule Salary:
$35,000
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8-5 #
INDLP Pay:
$35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
