Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining effective communication channels. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to handling diverse office responsibilities. The position will mainly be based at our Westerville office but there will be occasional shifts at our Dublin office. Duties Manage daily office operations, including overseeing supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to ensure a productive work environment Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette and front desk management Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking detailed messages as needed Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Assist with scheduling appointments Support administrative functions like proofreading documents, preparing Word processing materials, and managing correspondence Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks Technical proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with office productivity software and technical tools such as multi-line phone systems Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette Prior experience in front desk or personal assistant roles is advantageous Join us as an Office Administrator and become an essential part of our team! Pay:
