Full-time Job Overview Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facility Business Office Manager:

We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated associate to help with SNF and ALF billing functions. It is required that the qualified candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in both Point Click Care and long-term care billing/collections. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in the areas of: communication, computers/data entry, organizational skills, and must be able to work independently.

Job Duties:

Generate and mail/email Private Pay statements

Private Pay Collections:

place collection calls, issue collection letters, make notes on all outstanding balances Answer questions and explain Private Pay balances Participate in monthly A/R calls and be familiar with all outstanding balances Communicate with management about collection issues

Requirements:
