Job Description

Job Summary Rapid Response Restoration Services is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and self-directed Office Administrator / Restoration Coordinator to support our growing restoration business. This is an important position within our company and requires someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities, work independently, and confidently learn new systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong learning mindset and be naturally resourceful. You should be comfortable seeking out information, solving problems, asking thoughtful questions when necessary, and figuring out how to move work forward without requiring constant direction. As our company continues to grow, this person will also have the opportunity to help develop and strengthen the administrative systems and processes that support the business. Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, helpful service
  • Schedule water mitigation, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, reconstruction, and other service appointments
  • Coordinate schedules between customers, technicians, project managers, and other team members
  • Create and send customer invoices
  • Track outstanding invoices and follow up on accounts receivable
  • Record and process customer payments
  • Maintain accurate customer, job, billing, and payment records
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, customers, vendors, and internal team members
  • Prepare routine reports related to revenue, accounts receivable, scheduling, and job status
  • Assist company leadership with additional administrative and operational needs as the business grows Individuals we are seeking:

  • Plumbing, HVAC, construction, property management, or other service-based industries Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, or restoration-industry software is highly valued, but we are also open to candidates who demonstrate a strong ability and willingness to learn. Qualifications

Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
