About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to leadership. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys creating an efficient and positive workplace environment.
Job Description:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating administrative processes, supporting leadership initiatives, and assisting with employee experience activities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure an organized and efficient work environment Coordinate office vendors, supplies, facility requests, and administrative logistics Support leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials as needed Assist with travel coordination, expense tracking, and calendar management Maintain office procedures, records, and operational documentation Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including scheduling and office setup Help coordinate employee events, team meetings, and company gatherings Track office-related expenses and assist with budgeting support Identify opportunities to improve office workflows and operational efficiency Provide administrative support for special projects and additional business needs
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations coordination Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace Experience coordinating vendors, office operations, or employee support activities preferred Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
