Wilspec Technologies, Inc., headquartered in Oklahoma City, designs and manufactures Pressure Controls, Pressure Sensors, Electrical Controls and Valve and Line Components for HVAC/R, Automotive, Rail and other general industrial markets throughout the world. Wilspec develops each product based on specific customer needs; from first concept and prototype, through agency certification, and finally to full production. The challenge lies in the numerous combinations of variables at play in our customers' applications. The Wilspec product ranges from heat pump systems and commercial cooling, to beverage and ice machines, data and telecom cooling, mobile/transport refrigeration and high-volume residential AC. These are just some of the industries we work in and serve. Job Description Responsibilities listed below are including but not limited to,
  • Provide Executive Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, HR and Accounting departments with daily administrative support.
  • Executive team email management, meeting scheduling, conference room upkeep, office visitor/tour preparation, trade show preparation, etc.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Coordinate events and drive communications between the Oklahoma City headquarters and global teams.
  • Ensure upkeep of corporate property utilizing outside contractors, including building facilities, parking lots, gate systems, etc.
  • Weekly upkeep of company vehicles for use by Sales teams.
  • Daily and weekly office filing.
  • Running errands and making deliveries as needed.
  • Ability to manage orders of weekly/monthly office, kitchen, restroom and warehouse supplies.
  • Support the company's overall mission, standards, policies and procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned, by manager(s). Basic Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ Years' experience in high-paced administrative assistant or office management role.
  • Self-motivated, flexible-minded, collaborative work style and professional demeanor required with other team members, customers and outside professional contractors.
  • Excellent command/proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, etc.)
  • Experience in booking travel a plus.
  • Use of corporate social media platforms a plus.
  • Interest in diverse working environment a plus.
  • A college or technical school degree preferred.
  • Good to excellent driving record.
  • Background check.
  • Up to 20% Travel.

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
