Position Introduction:
The Department of Pediatrics Chair's Office is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced academic healthcare environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Department Chair and leadership team by coordinating office operations, managing communications, facilitating meetings and special projects, and serving as a key resource for faculty, staff, trainees, and external partners. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills who can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering outstanding administrative support that contributes to the department's mission of excellence in patient care, education, research, and community service. Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, or related roles
