+ Benefits At Twenty First Properties LLC , we own, manage, and lease a premier portfolio of eight commercial office buildings in midtown and south Tulsa. We take pride in being an in-house owner-operator, which means our properties are managed with a long-term vision and an unwavering commitment to our tenants. We believe that great talent doesn't always come from a traditional background. For this role, prior commercial real estate experience is not required. We are actively looking for top-tier professionals from industries like energy, healthcare and corporate [BH1] finance If you are skilled at managing high-value business relationships, protecting profit margins, and negotiating B2B contracts, we will give you the industry-specific training you need to transition into commercial real estate. This is an in-house position offering a stable base salary plus performance bonuses . You will act as the true steward of the office building portfolio consisting of nearly 600,000 rentable square feet—driving tenant retention, optimizing operational budgets, and maximizing the overall value of our assets. Direct Impact:

You aren't just chasing cold sales quotas; you are directly shaping the physical workspace environments of major companies and managing physical assets of massive value.

Drive Portfolio Performance:

Manage the profit and loss (P&L) statements for properties, analyzing budget variances and identifying ways to increase asset value.

Lead Tenant Retention & Leasing:

Proactively engage with our existing tenants (of all sizes from small CPA firms to medium and large corporations) to understand their evolving space needs, resolve escalations

Negotiate Agreements:

Protect the portfolio's financial and legal interests by negotiating lease terms, expansion clauses and renewals.

Oversee Property Operations:

Partner closely with our internal operations and facility teams to ensure the physical buildings are maintained to market standards, enhancing the overall tenant experience. Report to

The Business Strategist:

You have at least 5 years of experience managing large corporate accounts, multi-year contracts, corporate procurement, or financial forecasting.

The Master Navigator:

You are highly detail-oriented and comfortable reading and dissecting business agreements or financial models.

The Client Champion:
