Office Manager - Chiropractic Clinic Aspen Chiropractic Center | Cottage Grove, Oregon Aspen Chiropractic Center is seeking an experienced, dependable, and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our busy chiropractic clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting providers and staff, solving problems, improving office systems, and creating an excellent experience for patients. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow Coordinate and support front-office and clinical staff Manage patient communications and resolve scheduling or account concerns Oversee insurance verification, accounts receivable, and collections Review outstanding claims and address insurance denials and payment issues Work with Medicare, Medicaid/OHP, commercial insurance, and VA claims Coordinate provider credentialing and chiropractic assistant licensing Track collections, clinic performance, and operational goals Maintain office procedures, patient privacy, and HIPAA compliance Assist with accounts payable, supply ordering, and general administrative duties Work closely with providers to maintain an organized, efficient, and positive clinic environment Preferred Qualifications Previous chiropractic, medical, dental, or healthcare office experience Office-management or team-lead experience Knowledge of insurance billing, claims, and accounts receivable Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional and confident when addressing patient, staff, and insurance concerns Position Details Full-time position
Compensation:
Starting $23 per hour, depending on experience

Cottage Grove, Oregon Pay:
From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
