About us Oceanlake Veterinary Clinic is a 3 doctor, busy, small and exotic animal clinic on the beautiful Central Oregon Coast. We opened in 2010 and expanded into a gorgeous new facility in the summer of 2021. We work hard and play hard and have created lasting relationships with both staff and clients. Oceanlake Veterinary Clinic is seeking a hospital administrator to manage our amazing team in our well-equipped 5,000 square foot facility. We are excited to welcome an organized, energetic individual that will help us grow into our new space. The right individual will have 3-5 years of veterinary management or similar qualifications. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated and can guide and assist our team as we move into the future. We are a 3 doctor practice with full services available to our clients. We have numerous additional staff to support our hospital and boarding facility. In addition to team leadership, the ideal candidate should be familiar with payroll and scheduling. This position involves management of financial goals for the practice including, but not limited to using software such as Excel, Word, and in-clinic practice management tools.
