Job Description
Real Estate Office Manager Real Estate office seeks highly responsible person to oversee office, run specialized real estate transaction software (Skyslope) and transaction accounting software (LoneWolf). Accounting experience a plus. Successful applicant should be analytical, proactive and proficient at multi-tasking. Requires proven experience in working accurately with details and successfully completing tasks in a timely manner. This position also requires a good memory, ability to work independently and a positive attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook a must. The selected candidate will interact with agents, principal broker and co-workers to receive, save and follow up with real estate paperwork in the software system. Fast typing skills a plus. Other office functions will include interacting with the public, some marketing and other tasks as assigned. Real Estate experience a plus, but willing to train the right person. Ultimately, the Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. Full time position, starting at $22/hr. PTO and Benefits. Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Input listings into Southern Oregon Listing Service when necessary. Cut commission checks out of the accounting software after sales close. Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining, calendars, doing research and creating reports Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
