Job Description
We are seeking a full time Rental / Office Manager to oversee our rental program, daily accounting, and office functions. Responsibilities include managing rental accounts, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, general ledger entries, basic office upkeep, and communication with customers and vendors. The position will also assist with administrative and seasonal projects (e.g. inventory) as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage rental program, including entering/updating contracts, regular communication with rental customers, following up with past due accounts, working with a collections company to collect debt Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing, payment posting Create serial numbers and receive all orders of new inventory stock Reconcile daily drawer/transactions and maintain the general ledger Maintain accurate electronic and paper accounting files Manage consignment accounts, including invoicing for repairs and sales Monitor office and rental-related emails and respond to customers and vendors as needed Manage accounts payable, including invoice verification, bill entry, and weekly payments Order office supplies as needed Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bookkeeping/accounting experience Strong math, analytical, and reconciliation skills Proficiency with the basic Office suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Prioritization of weekly/monthly schedules Willingness to have tough conversations regarding past due accountsBenefits:
