Job Description
We are looking for an organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and keep administrative activities running smoothly in Salem, New Hampshire. This role combines hands-on office coordination with purchasing, shipping, and recordkeeping responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities. The successful candidate will work across internal teams, vendors, and customers to support efficient workflows and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee routine office activities and provide broad administrative support to maintain an efficient workplace environment.
- Coordinate shipments within the U.S. and internationally, including preparing required paperwork and arranging logistics.
- Assist with global purchasing efforts by communicating effectively with suppliers and customers in different regions.
- Manage the ordering and replenishment of office and operational materials to ensure necessary supplies are always available.
- Create, monitor, and update purchase orders while keeping purchasing files complete and accurate.
- Support inventory accuracy by tracking stock levels and updating information in the company's current system.
- Help facilitate customer orders by ensuring clear communication among clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Organize invoices and other business records, maintaining orderly documentation in line with established processes.
- Recommend and implement practical improvements that enhance administrative organization and office efficiency.
