Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping processes on track, supporting team members, and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and help maintain an organized, productive workplace. Coordinate administrative tasks, office communications, and internal workflow. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and service requests as needed. Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management for leadership or team members. Assist with onboarding and coordination of new team members. Help maintain records, files, and documentation in an accurate and accessible manner. Serve as a point of contact for general office needs and inquiries. Identify opportunities to improve office processes and support operational efficiency. Ensure common areas and workspaces remain organized and professional. Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in office administration, operations, or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with common office software and collaboration tools. Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Professional demeanor and a customer-service mindset. Preferred Attributes Experience improving administrative processes or office systems. Comfort working with vendors, facilities, or external partners. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Discretion when handling confidential information.
