Through our proprietary ROUTE planning philosophy, we guide clients in the areas of investment management, income planning, Medicare, tax strategy, and legacy planning. As our firm continues to grow across Central Pennsylvania — including the expansion of our Lancaster office — we are looking for an experienced Office Manager who can help create structure, accountability, and operational excellence across our organization. This is not simply an administrative position. We are looking for a leader who can help keep a fast-paced financial services office running efficiently while supporting both clients and team members at a high level. Position Summary The Office Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the office, supporting staff coordination, maintaining operational workflows, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a professional environment. This individual should thrive in a leadership-support role and take pride in building structure, solving problems, and helping the team operate efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and workflow management Support advisors and staff with scheduling, coordination, and administrative needs Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for clients and guests Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Coordinate office communications, meetings, and team logistics Manage vendor relationships and office supply needs Help maintain compliance-related organization and documentation procedures Support onboarding and training coordination for new team members Monitor task completion and help ensure accountability across departments Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of office management, operations, or administrative leadership experience preferred Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or professional services is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/software systems Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment What We Offer Competitive compensation Bonus opportunities Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding firm Positive team culture focused on professionalism, accountability, and growth Why Join IFG?
