Per Year Description:
Join our team as an Office Manager in a dynamic healthcare setting. This full-time role, based in Doylestown, PA, requires managing daily office operations and personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience in healthcare environments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Will be assigned to Doylestown, PA location, but can be expected to spend day or two out of the week to travel to their Hopewell and Hamilton locations. (both are close by)
Requirements:
Manage daily office operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Oversee office financials and resource utilization, including petty cash management. Coordinate staff scheduling, including vacation and personal time. Conduct employee performance reviews and provide mentorship. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Facilitate staff meetings and promote professional development. Maintain accurate filing and organization of patient accounts.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate or GED; BA/BS degree preferred. 3 years' experience in a management role preferred; healthcare office experience required. Advanced knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and medical practices. Proficient in generic office software applications. Outstanding communication and organizational skills. Ability to evaluate and improve existing methods and procedures. Commitment to fostering collaboration and diversity.
