Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist Our client is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join their team. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting functions, and assisting with reporting and accounts receivable activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a well-organized accounting system, including chart of accounts and bookkeeping procedures Verify, allocate, and post financial transactions Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records Maintain and balance the general ledger Organize and maintain historical financial documentation Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Generate Accounts Receivable invoices, monitor incoming payments, and record deposits Assist with other accounting and bookkeeping functions as needed

Ideal Background:
