Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and driven individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate should have a combination of education and experience with an aptitude for problem-solving and a highly positive attitude. As the first person most of our customers see and hear, we understand and invest in this highly sought position. We are looking for an individual who is looking for a career. College degree encouraged.
Starting Salary:
$50,000.00+Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times while interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, tow truck drivers, and other third-party vendors
- Organize and manage workflow within the front office
- Ensure that all front office procedures are followed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Coordinate with other members of management to ensure that the collision center is meeting its goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of all front-office transactions The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role.
