Full-Time A healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented Business Office Manager to lead financial operations and support residents, families, and staff at our skilled nursing facility in the Edinboro area. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys being the administrative anchor of the building. As our Business Office Manager , you will oversee financial operations, manage Medicaid/Medicare processes, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards. You will also provide leadership and support to office staff, assist residents and families with financial questions, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable Manage Medicaid/Medicare processes, insurance verification, and financial documentation Assist residents and families with financial questions and admissions-related paperwork Maintain accurate records and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards Provide leadership and support to office staff
Qualifications:
Prior Business Office Manager or healthcare billing experience preferred Skilled nursing or long-term care background strongly valued Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare processes Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy in a busy environment We are looking for a motivated, reliable professional who brings strong financial acumen, compassion for residents, and a commitment to operational excellence.
