Business Office Manager Location:
The Gardens at Orangeville | Orangeville, PA The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, PA. In this leadership role, you will develop, implement, and maintain efficient business office systems that support the financial operations of the facility while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service. Long Term Care experience preferred.
Position Details Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Responsibilities Ensure all supplies are requested, approved, and ordered in accordance with facility policies and procedures Oversee billing operations, monitor accounts receivable, and manage collections to maintain accurate and timely financial records Report delinquent accounts to the Administrator and/or Director of Finance for appropriate follow-up Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining accounting systems and business office procedures Perform the essential duties of the Accounting/Billing Assistant as needed to support department operations Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing requirements Provide professional customer service to residents, families, vendors, and staff regarding billing and financial matters Qualifications Previous business office and/or accounting experience required Long-term care accounts receivable experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing Proficiency with accounting software, billing systems, and Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Benefits We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including: Competitive Salary Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) PTO Buy-Back Program Paid Holidays Medical Insurance Life Insurance (including spouse and dependent coverage options) Employer-Paid Life Insurance Short-Term Disability (STD) Long-Term Disability (LTD) Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Accident Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Holiday Pay Options Career Development Opportunities Potential Education Debt Reduction Nationwide Transfer Opportunities Flexible Scheduling Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Education Assistance Program Up to $5,250 per year toward tuition reimbursement• Up to $2,625 per year toward repayment of a Non-Federal Nursing Student Loan!• Benefits, bonuses, and variable compensation plans are based on applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
