Employment Type:
Part-time (25 hours per week)Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day (e.g., 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM / Schedule can be slightly adjusted upon discussion)

Full-Charge Bookkeeping:
Manage daily financial transactions, data entry, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), invoice processing, and expense management using QuickBooks. Lead monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.Payroll & HR Administration:
Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, track employee timecards, and manage employer withholding taxes utilizing the ADP payroll system.Corporate & HQ Liaison:
Coordinate closely with the headquarters' finance/accounting teams in Korea. Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors by preparing and providing clean financial data for year-end tax returns.General Office Administration & Compliance:
Handle office utilities, vendor correspondence, and provide general administrative support. Maintain and organize physical and digital corporate records, ensuring compliance for financial audits and legal retention requirements.Operational Support:
Perform other administrative duties and special corporate projects as assigned by management. Note:

Fluent/Bilingual in both Korean and English (Professional written and verbal communication is mandatory for coordinating between HQ and local partners/auditors).Software Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of solid hands-on experience with QuickBooks, including monthly closing processes (Required)
- Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll System (Required)
