Business Office Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) for our skilled nursing facility in Pittsburgh. The BOM will oversee the daily business office operations and help ensure efficient financial and administrative processes within the facility.

Responsibilities:

Manage billing, collections, accounts receivable, and resident trust accounts Oversee insurance verification and coordination with payers Maintain accurate financial and resident records Assist residents and families with billing inquiries Ensure compliance with facility policies and financial procedures Coordinate with administration and corporate office as needed Support payroll and other administrative functions when necessary

Qualifications:

Previous BOM or healthcare billing experience preferred Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes Ability to multitask and work independently
