Business Office Manager (BOM) Full Time | Monday-Friday | Onsite Site | 8hr Shift | $65-$75
K Annually Job Summary:
As a Business Office Manager (BOM) at Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business office. Reporting directly to the Administration Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the office, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our team. Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of administrative tasks Coordinate and prioritize tasks, including scheduling, expense tracking, and budgeting Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including financial, patient, and staff data Prepare and present reports to management and other stakeholders, as needed Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in a business office or administrative role preferred, with a focus on customer service and task management in skilled nursing. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with medical records software
