Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prehung door business Responsibilities Oversee multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous customer support and internal communication. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to track expenses and invoices, estimates. Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Coordinate office management activities such as organizing files, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean workspace Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic computer literacy Experience with QuickBooks software is preferred Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with excellent time management skills Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, receptionist is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle customer service responsibilities with professionalism and patience Join our team as an Office Manager where your organizational talents will shine!
