Saxonburg, PA 16056, United States Apply Share Job Description Shift Monday - Friday - 1st Shift (Day) The primary responsibility of the Office Administrator is to perform complex administrative duties following established procedures. Primary Responsibilities Provide support to the facility by performing general clerical and administrative duties. Input employees into the biometric clock system and resolve related technical issues. Manage miscellaneous functions such as updating employee bulletin boards, coordinating special activities, newsletters, and other programs. Prepare weekly and monthly statistical reports as requested. Ensure records are maintained with prescribed documentation in compliance with company policies and practices. Order and maintain office supplies. Support invoicing and expense report submission processes as needed. Assist the General Manager with administration of corporate programs (e.g., DOT tracking, safety investigations, compliance).
Education / Experience
High school diploma or GED required, with 2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy; able to work well under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service driven. Strong team player.
