Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hospitality operations, supervise front desk staff, and maintain high standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, enhance guest satisfaction, and support the overall success of our hospitality establishment. Responsibilities Oversee all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Supervise and train front office staff, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on delivering outstanding guest services. Manage hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) to optimize booking processes and maximize revenue. Ensure adherence to hotel guest service standards, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Handle guest relations by resolving issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless property operations. Monitor daily financial operations, including managing budgets, revenue management, and night audit procedures to ensure profitability. Requirements Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or resort setting with a least 3 years experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, including managerial communication and phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele. Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices, hotel management systems, and property management systems (PMS). Experience in overseeing daily hotel operations, including guest services, front desk management, and human resources functions. Financial management experience with budgeting, revenue management, and controlling hospitality operations budgets. Demonstrated ability to handle customer service issues with professionalism and tact. Familiarity with resort or hotel experience is preferred; night audit experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing hospitality teams and ensuring property standards are met.
