We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative! We currently have openings for full-time Order Entry Representatives in our inbound calls order department. As a representative, your responsibilities will include entering phone and fax orders into our computer system for processing, promptly responding to customer emails, and participating in live chat sessions on our website. Job Duties:

Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations Updating customer orders and tracking shipments Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with product information, pricing, and sizing (Training Provided!)

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required Proficient in data entry and computer skills Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills High School Diploma or equivalent
