Job Description
About us:
- Family owned franchise seeking an inside sales & administrator role to join our Southeastern PA team!
- We provide access and mobility equipment such as stairlifts, ramps, elevators, auto lifts, patient lifts, and more for seniors and people living with disabilities to allow them to live safely in their homes and live more independently.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer every incoming call promptly and in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
- Promptly call new leads as they are received. Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
- Communicate with prospects and existing customers via phone, email, and video to understand their needs.
- Discuss products, features, and pricing. Answer questions and address concerns in order to schedule qualified in-home evaluations for our team.
- Accurately log all activities and customer data in CRM systems.
- Schedule in-home evaluations, installations, and repairs for our owner and technicians.
- Create quote proposals, share them with clients, and actively follow-up to close sales.
- Order equipment and communicate with manufacturers to manage lead times, ship dates, deliveries, and more.
- Manage invoicing and payment processing.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and team schedules.
- Work closely with clients, our team, and our manufacturing partners throughout the sales, installation, and service process to ensure a top notch, client focused experience for our customers!
Requirements:
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor!
- Excellent verbal & written communication. The ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated and self-directed. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast paced, metrics driven environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as an active member of the team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office software, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

- Ability to pass background check
- Previous office, inside sales experience, or related sales experience may be helpful, but is not required.
Hours:
- Approximately (~8:00am-5:00pm Monday
- Friday)
- onsite at our office location.
Salary & Benefits:
- Approximately $20-25/hour depending on experience
- Paid holidays + paid personal time off /year
- Healthcare plan allowance available
Pay:
$22.00- $26.
