Weekend Office Administrator•
Event Staffing Company Location:
Rockland County, NY Schedule:
Friday-Sunday (details below) (additional days available if interested in full time!) We are a dynamic and growing event staffing company based in Rockland County, New York, seeking a responsible and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.
Job Overview:
The Office Administrator will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting managers and staff, coordinating staffing logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key responsibilities include scheduling events, booking staff for assignments, and general administrative duties.
Work Schedule:
Friday:
9:00 AM•~6:00 PM (IN PERSON)
Saturday:
9:00 AM•2:00 PM & 7:00 PM•11:00 PM (REMOTE)
Sunday:
9:00 AM•5:00 PM (IN PERSON) Additional days/hours available if interested
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and team members Schedule events and coordinate staffing logistics Assist with onboarding and recruiting staff (Waiters, Captains, Bartenders, etc.) Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Maintain office organization and documentation Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Requirements:
Proficiency in Google Workspace Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience is a must Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a must Team-oriented and dependable
Bonuses:
Bonuses and commissions are available for successful staff onboarding and recruitment efforts.
