Job Description
Overview Join the Genuine Care Home Care team as a Home Care Office Manager, where you will lead the administrative operations of our home care services. This pivotal role combines office management, team supervision, and client communication to ensure seamless delivery of compassionate home health support. Duties Manage caregiver schedules and fill call-outs or open shifts. Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and facilities. Recruit, interview, onboard, and maintain caregiver personnel files. Verify caregiver credentials, training, background checks, and required documents. Review caregiver timekeeping and assist with payroll and billing. Maintain client records, schedules, care information, and office documentation. Monitor caregiver performance and address attendance or service concerns. Answer calls, emails, and urgent staffing requests. Support compliance with company policies and Virginia home care requirements. Coordinate new client starts and ensure smooth service delivery. Assist with after-hours or weekend staffing emergencies when assigned. Qualifications At least two years of office management, staffing, or home care experience. Strong scheduling, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using scheduling, payroll, email, and office software. Dependable, organized, professional, and compassionate. Home care industry experience required or strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
