Job Description
We are hiring a Office Caddie (Admin) to oversee customer communication, coordinate deliveries, manage service follow-ups, order parts, and assist in sourcing used golf cart inventory deals. You'll be one of the key people keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day. This is a hybrid role with significant growth opportunity and commission potential for someone who performs at a high level. Responsibilities Customer Communication Provide delivery updates and timelines to customers Follow up on open service tickets and warranty claims Communicate professionally via phone, text, and email Ensure customers feel informed and taken care of throughout the process Resolve minor customer concerns before they become major issues Delivery Coordination Schedule and coordinate golf cart deliveries nationwide Work directly with drivers, shipping companies, and customers Track deliveries and proactively communicate delays or issues Organize logistics paperwork and delivery confirmations Parts & Service Management Order and track replacement/service parts Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers Maintain organization of service-related tasks and timelines Assist in managing inventory and supply needs Used Cart Sourcing Search Facebook Marketplace, dealer networks, auctions, and online listings for used golf cart deals Negotiate and communicate with sellers when needed Identify profitable inventory opportunities Help expand acquisition channels for the company General Operations Support Assist ownership with day-to-day operational tasks Help improve systems and processes as the company grows Maintain organized records and communication logs Requirements Preferred Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Bonus Qualifications Experience buying/selling vehicles or golf carts Marketplace sourcing experience Social media marketplace knowledge Sales or commission-based experience Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Problem solver with the ability to think independently Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication apps Experience in logistics, operations, automotive, powersports, or dealership environments is a plus Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do Communicates clearly and professionally Can handle pressure and solve problems quickly Wants long-term growth and income opportunity Understands urgency and customer experience Compensation & Growth Competitive base pay Commission and bonus opportunities based on performance Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Flexible hybrid work environment Opportunity to become a major part of a growing brand
