Duties Lead end-to-end recruiting processes across various channels, including social media management and HR sourcing tools like iCIMS, Workday, and Taleo Conduct thorough interviewing sessions to assess candidate fit, utilizing strong communication skills and negotiation techniques Manage talent pipelines through effective lead generation, research, and relationship management strategies Coordinate with hiring managers on employment contracts, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro to streamline recruitment workflows Develop and execute campus recruitment initiatives and succession planning efforts to build a robust talent pool Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations while managing internal recruiting activities and HRIS systems like Kronos or ADP Qualifications Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment with a focus on talent management Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities for engaging candidates and hiring managers alike Familiarity with HR software platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Paychex, or HRIS systems like UltiPro or PeopleSoft Knowledge of employment law, contracts, employee relations, and employee orientation best practices Ability to conduct research and cold call potential candidates effectively while managing multiple priorities Demonstrated success in leveraging social media management tools for sourcing top talent Prior experience with training & development initiatives and succession planning strategies is a plus Join us if you're ready to manage your career trajectory actively—where your skills in recruiting, relationship management, and HR technology will propel you forward.
